Working a game.

Employee was stationed on the [REDACTED] Concourse near [REDACTED] providing directional guidance to guests. Employee informed guest that he could not proceed down the concourse and needed to go the opposite direction. Guest became confrontational and attempted to push past employee. The mother of guest approached employee and placed her finger in employee 's face and became verbally aggressive. Guest bum-rushed employee making physical contact. Immediately afterwards two additional guests attacked employee striking her with punches and kicking her causing her to fall to the ground. While on the ground employee maintained hold of one of the guests by his hair in an attempt to prevent him from continuing to attack employee. The other two guests continued punching and kicking employee during the altercation. Other security officers supervisors managers and police officers intervened to separate and deescalate the situation. Employee sustained a cut on her right hand during the incident.
