I was typing on the computer and turned to communicate with a coworker in my chair and as I turned I experienced a pain in my back that caused my back to lock up for the remainder of the shif t. I had trouble turning to the right and bending down witho ut experiencing pain. A coworker of fered to help me with my bags as witness to my pain.
