[REDACTED] was pulling a vibration dampener off the shelf (about 48lbs) at about chest height; the part broke through the bottom side of the box and hit his right leg just above his knee and then hit the ground. [REDACTED] had made a loud noise and it caught the attention of [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] went to check on [REDACTED] told him what had happened and [REDACTED] went and found me. When I got to [REDACTED] he was sitting on the steps just outside my office.
