What happened
While standing on the top step the employee had one hand on the truck door handle and the other on the exterior mounted handle. As the employee was standing on the steps their right foot slipped. The employee gripped the handle more tightly to prevent a fall and felt a pop in the right arm between the elbow and bicep.
