While lifting the empty 1 2 barrel keg from it 's assigned location to replace it with a new full 1 2 barrel keg the empty 1 2 barrel keg contacted an adjacent 1 6 bbl keg and knocked it over. The top of this keg landed directly onto the employees left great toe and fractured it upon contact.
