What happened
He opened moved the sump cover positioned the sump pump and closed the cover. Then moved the cover to make sure there was not an open hole for someone to fall into. When he reached across with his left hand to pull the sump cover into place - he strained his arm. The incident was immediately reported to his supervisor. He was initially provided first aid on site and taken the the HGH [REDACTED] for evaluation. The [REDACTED] Physician placed him on limited duty (No lifting involving upper extremities).
