What happened
Employee was changing a flat tire on an ATV when his bead breaker tool broke he decided to use a different method to remove the flat tire from the rim. He did this by using a box cutter to cut the tire off of the rim. In the process of doing this the box cutter slipped and punctured the employees left palm.
