The employee was assisting residents get out of bed and get ready for breakfast.

Employee was changing a resident 's diaper and clothes. She requested assistance from two additional caregivers to transfer the resident from the bed to the wheelchair since the resident was heavy and felt very rigid. [REDACTED] was holding on to the residents feet but as they began transferring the patient [REDACTED] noticed the resident was falling and held on to her feet to keep her from falling. The other two cargivers returned the residents top half back to the bed. [REDACTED] felt a sharp pain in her left wrist when she held on to the resident 's feet.
