What happened
CW was loading bottle water into the cooler. She was placing the warm 20 oz. bottles behind the cold bottles on bottom shelf of the cooler in the gift shop. She fell backwards hitting the back of her head. [REDACTED] was call I was notified. Her head was forming a very large bump. [REDACTED] placed CW into a wheelchair and took her to ER. I met them in the ER and stayed with her until she was taken back and placed in a room.
