What happened
On [REDACTED] while carrying several 30x60 metal sheets to the recycling bin one sheet fell from the team member’s hands. The team member stepped onto the metal sheet causing him to slip. As he slipped the team member caught himself on the [REDACTED] hopper frame and slowly lowered himself to the ground.
