What happened
Mechanic Was Attempting To Open The Lift Compartment On The Floor When His Finger Got Stuck In The Whole Causing His Finger To Bend. The Lift Floor Covers Has Holes Where In Them And He Placed His Finger In The Whole To Lift It. The Cover Has Two Hinges And One Was Broken The Covers Are Also Very Heavy. So When He Went To Open It Up The Weight Shifted Causing His Finger To Bend.
