EE was in rear patient compartment of a transit ambulance in the seat located behind the head of patient stretcher.
What happened
The ambulance rear ended another vehicle causing a frontal impact. EE stated her head and neck had a forward and back motion. This caused upper back pain pain in both shoulders and neck pain. EE was wearing seatbelt and belt harness.
