He Called The Op Supervisor On [REDACTED] And Reported That His Arm Hurt But Was Inquiring About His Personal Medical Insurance Because His Arm Hurt. On [REDACTED] 25 After A Follow-up At The Urgent Care And Telling Them He Needed A Release To Return To Work The Urgent Care Told Him He Injured His Arm While Driving. Therefore It Should Be A Comp Claim.
