Inside of [REDACTED] lifting the [REDACTED] from the bottom to the top of mold to another maintenance tech.

The top of lance then kicked away from the mold and caused the bottom to kick towards the mold causing the weight of the lance to push into [REDACTED] 's arm and pushed away from his body. As [REDACTED] was lifting to prevent the lance from falling he got a sharp pain and pop in right arm.
