What happened
Employee reported she was returning to her work station; and stepped onto stacked floor mats and slipped; falling and landing on her left side. Employee reports via report submission that facilities had been working to remove cabinets from a workstation table and had moved plastic chair mats out of the way and placed them (double stacked) behind her workstation. She was not aware they were there and was returning from the safe when she stepped onto them and slipped. She fell on her left side twisting her knee and injured her wrist catching herself.
