Bringing patient to ED

Employee reports that after bringing a patient into CT scan room from the ER on cart was helping the patient get up from the cart to the CT table. They 'd asked the patient if they were able to stand and they indicated they could. Their legs started to give out once they stood up and the employee had to bear the weight of the patient and twist at the same time. Felt a sudden pain in the front of hip that goes around the back and to the side of hip leg.
