Attempting access a water curb box.

Employee was attempting to cut off the water at a residence. He tried to pry open the curb box with a screwdriver when something flew into his right eye. Mr. [REDACTED] is unsure of what the object was. The possibilities are a piece of concrete a piece of the metal curb box or the tip of the screwdriver. I checked the screwdrivers I could find in his truck and did not see any broken ones.
