Employee was retrieving parts while it was raining outside. They picked up a part off of a pallet and turned to go back inside.

Employee was retrieving parts while it was raining outside. They picked up a part off of a pallet and turned to go back inside. As they turned to go back inside their foot caught on the pallet causing the other foot to slip on the wet surface and fall down. As they fell they landed on the metal part which struck their upper part of the chest. Resulting in an injury to a rib.
