MA was weighing out 1.0M HCl (6175102) during from a 20L blue container during liquid dispense operations. They noticed a scratchy feeling on their toe approximately 1 hour into the weigh out. The weigh out finished up and they went to degown in the locker room and noticed their left safety shoe had a hole and leaking color residue from their shoe. They took their shoe off and saw red irritated skin. They belief some HCl may have splashed when they were pouring the container into the volumetric flask.
