Employee was attempting to dislodge a oversize box stuck in the [REDACTED] baler hopper. After performing proper LOTO - The employee had to climb the fixed ladder to open up the door on the baler hopper to gain access to the bridged material. While properly secured via fall arrest equipment the employee opened the door to the hopper the employee began to remove excess material by hand. Once enough material was removed he used a metal pole to push and dislodge the oversize box. On his last attempt to
