[REDACTED] was removing the trash from a medical suite on the 4th floor at the job site. When she was throwing away the trash in the dumpster from the sweet that she collected the trash from she was poked with a used needle from a syringe that was not properly discard of. The needle did break the skin she did call her manager right away and did seek treatment at the ER right away.
