EMPLOYEE WAS PUTTING A PALLET ON TO THE FLOOR AFTER A DELIVERY. THE PALLET WAS LOCATED AT THE BACK OF THE TRAILER NEAR THE DOORS AND PLACED STANDING UP FOR THE EMPLOYEE TO RETRIEVE MATTRESSES BEHIND IT. WHILE PLACING THE PALLET ON TO THE FLOOR THE EMPLOYEE LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL OFF THE BACK OF THE TRUCK LANDING ON HIS SHOULDER CHEST WRIST AND THIGH. EMPLOYEE SUFFERED RIGHT WRIST SPRAIN AND CHEST WALL CONTUSION.
