What happened
[REDACTED] was attempting to grab a box of Aqua Pana water bottles when they slipped from his hands. As he attempted to catch them the weight caused him to bend over resulting in pain. Despite the discomfort he continued moving boxes around loading the cart and unloading it in the storage closet. Over time the pain intensified and by the time he reached home it had already worsened.
