Before the incident
[REDACTED] was adjusting her computer on wheels to a higher level she inadvertently tangled her foot up in the wand cord not realizing it at the time and when she went to move and step away this caused her to fall to the ground causing the computer on wheels to land on top of her directly hitting her on her left rib cage area. [REDACTED] stated that he attempted to reach for her head to help ease her fall. When I reached the PACU [REDACTED] was lying on her back [REDACTED] kneeling at head and Dr [REDACTED] slightly pressing on her abdomen which she stated the left rib cage area was quite painful. She denied any head pain at this time; We brought a wheel chair to the PACU we asked if she felt she could roll to her side and get into the wheelchair to be taken to the ER. She did this without any further problems that we could see.
