What happened
Team member was finishing loading a trailer and went to close the trailer doo whe noticed that the dock door was jammed due to bulk boxes. The team member unlocked the trailer door and pulled the black strap to the door. When the door did not move he decided to give it a hard tug and grabbed the pinch point of the door. As he pulled the door down his hand got pinched in the pinch point resulting in a fracture.
