Before the incident
Team member was pushing a cart of product up the ramp into the freezer.
What happened
Two team members were pushing carts of product single file up the ramp that leads to the freezer entrance. The cart of the team member in the front locked up and stopped moving. The second team member was pushing their cart very closely behind the front team member and was not able to see the team member stop in front and unintentionally ran the cart up on to the back of the other team members right ankle.
