That’s when I went to stand up and see what is happening and he grabbed the chair out slamming it into the wall. That 's when he turned to me and I grabbed the HCC book he ripped it out of my hands pulling my right arm and thumb with it. Threw it on the ground. Then proceeded to grab and pinch and dig nails into me. Grabbed my head and pulled down while digging his nails into my scalp causing it to bleed and instant headache.
