What happened
We were in the dining room [REDACTED] was in the kitchen and I was feeding AK and ch dinner with my back to [REDACTED] at this time has already had 2 huge helpings of dinner and was at the counter asking for 3rds. [REDACTED] told him no bud you 've had enough. At that moment he slammed his plate on the counter then head butted the cabinet. Turned to the table and grabbed his cup full of drink and whipped it across the living room getting drink everywhere. That’s when I went to stand up and see what is happening and he grabbed the chair out slamming it into the wall. That 's when he turned to me and I grabbed the HCC book he ripped it out of my hands pulling my right arm and thumb with it. Threw it on the ground. Then proceeded to grab and pinch and dig nails into me. Grabbed my head and pulled down while digging his nails into my scalp causing it to bleed and instant headache.
