Before the incident
[REDACTED] was in Sliced Bacon around [REDACTED] when she went to check on [REDACTED] who was mopping the stairs from V-building dry storage to the E-building box room. [REDACTED] went to talk with [REDACTED] walking up from dry storage. When [REDACTED] was walking back down she fell on the bottom 2 or 3 steps down to the floor. The stairs were wet from being actively mopped. [REDACTED] noticed her right ankle was not straight and [REDACTED] went to get [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] responded and another employee with previous first aid medical training [REDACTED] assisted [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] went to medical to bring a wheelchair to better move [REDACTED] and took her to security where her son at her request took her to [REDACTED] by the lake. They arrived around [REDACTED] and was discharged to home around [REDACTED]. She was diagnosed with a right leg break requiring follow up with a specialist.
