Employee was driving the scissor lift on their way to clean spiderwebs

Employee was coming from the oven room and made their way through C-line on a scissor lift the lift was fully collapsed at the height of 7ft. Driving the lift below c-line mezzanine the employees left hand was outside the lift holding the guardrail of the lift and they smashed their finger between the scissor lift guardrail and a diagonal support column at a section of the column that was 7ft high.
