What happened
The employee felt a pain on left leg while going up and down the ladder to get bottles by casepacker. The employee suspected pulled muscle and stated it sores when touching and moving. The manager called the nurseline and provided instruction for first-aid for next 24hrs. The nurseline gave the employee authorization for treatment and referred to the location.
