What happened
Resident was combative with employee. Resident was hitting pinching and kicking the employee. The resident kicked the employee in the left knee.The resident stated she was going to get a knife and started running towards the kitchen. Co worker [REDACTED] began to assist the employee with the resident in the kitchen. The resident grabbed a chair and in an attempt to restrain the resident the resident resisted by putting all of her body weight into the staff members. This resulted in all three of them falling.
