He was using a reach forklift putting trash and used material in the dumpster. A small piece of wire mesh was left over on the ground. Employee got out of the reach forklift grabbed the small wire mesh and tried to through it in the dumpster. The wire mesh bounced back and struck him in the face causing stitches.
