The associate was preparing documents for the last pallet order of his shift.

A certified associate was using an electric pallet jack and stepped off of the platform to observe the space clearance in the front of the pallet. He walked towards the operating side he did not stand back on the platform and powered the E-pallet jack. When powered the E-pallet jack moved towards the side he was standing pinning his left ankle between the dock and electric pallet jack.
