Before the incident
He is our paint prep wash bay employee. He washes and dries the product to get it ready for paint. He had been using gun wash to spray into a rag to wipe the writing off of the steel product. He was told to use Zep multi green instead. He also uses iron phosphate to wash the tanks off getting ready for paint.
What happened
Worker says he felt dizzy had heart palpitations and chemical exposure from using MEK which he doesn 't use. He uses the gun wash blend or Zep multi green 3 times per day for no more then a total of 30 minutes per day.
