When pulling oven rack out of proof box A the employee realized that the rack that was being pulled out didnt have a middle bar where they can safely grab the rack to pull the rack out of the proof box. The employee attempted to pull the rack out by grabbing the side bars of the rack backwards on the inside the rack. While pulling out the rack the employees pinky was caught in a pinch point between the door and rack.
