I OPENED THE CORE LOBBY DOOR TO LEAVE. I SAW A MALE RES IN FRONT OF THE KITCHEN DOOR & HE STARTED TO SAY SOMETHING TO ME. I SAID I 'LL SEE YOU [REDACTED] AND CLOSED THE DOOR. THINKING HE MIGHT FOLLOW TRY TO FOLLOW ME I PUT MY HAND & FOOT AGAINST THE DOOR. THE DOOR STARTED TO OPEN & PUSHED ME OFF BALANCE. I FELL TO MY LT HIT MY ELBOW ON THE WALL & FELL TO THE FLOOR ON MY LT HIP
