The employee was using a knife to trim flash from a fabricated fitting.

While cutting the flash the knife he was using slipped and cut his finger through his gloves. After being released back to work the injury sight became infected. The employee was then taken out of work by the physician. Employee returned to work the [REDACTED] after 11 days of restrictions the employee returned to the doctor when the doctor took him out of work for a infection. The employee resigned while out on leave.
