Breaking the banding on a bundle of pipe material on the ground.
What happened
While cutting the center band of the pipe bundle the outside band gave way unexpectantly. As Team Member attempted to use escape route to move out of danger he slipped on an ice patch on the ground. The fall broke his three fingers on his right hand as it went in between the moving pipes and another pipe trapped his right foot breaking a bone on the top of the foot.
