EE was going to grab squeegee off the [REDACTED] tool board. As they stepped behind the shelf there is eye wash station and one of the pallets had a side board sticking out from under the shelf which EE did not see. EE fell and hit back on eye wash station in area followed by hitting ladder that was stored in area.
