What happened
Walking in front of the string of rail cars to throw the main scale track switch to divert the string to the scale track to adjust and weigh up a set of rail cars. He was walking along the path and stepped onto a wet rail tie from the mornings ice rain. He slipped on the wet rail tie causing him to lose his balance and fall onto his right shoulder injuring that shoulder.
