Employee in inspection reviewing bottles for labels with one additional coworker. Employee lifted a case of bottles from the conveyor to the top of (height unknown) pallet in inspection. Employee states upon lifting the case of bottles they began to feel pain.. Employee informed nearby coworkers immediately and EMRT took the employee to ER[REDACTED]: I lifted a case of bottles off the conveyor by inspection station and turn to stack it on release pallet. Upon lifting the case of bottles it felt like my shoulder exploded. Can not lift my arm. Can bend at elbow. Burning sensation in shoulder.
