Employee informed nearby coworkers immediately and EMRT took the employee to ER[REDACTED]: I lifted a case of bottles off the conveyor by inspection station and turn to stack it on release pallet. Upon lifting the case of bottles it felt like my shoulder exploded. Can not lift my arm. Can bend at elbow. Burning sensation in shoulder.
