What happened
The employee stated that [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] he and another employee were unloading the furnace racks by doing a two-person lift of the racks (not using overhead crane). He stated that at some point he turned while lifting and felt a pop and pain in his lower back upper leg groin area. He immediately reported the incident to the supervisor and went to the express care clinic. Express care diagnosed him with a strain of a lower back muscle and strain of a hip muscle.
