employee felt a pinch saw a bump and thought he had been bitten by something or that maybe a spark had gotten into his glove. As the weekend went by he thought it was a rash. Went to the doctor and found it was an abses on the arm. The employee wasn 't sure this happened at work but L&I ruled that it was.
