ON THE PLAYGROUND WATCHING KIDS PLAY SOCCER
What happened
On [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] Employee was outside on the playground with the littles group. Emplyee was watching the kids play soccer and turned to look at the child not participating in soccer. When employee turned back around a soccer ball flew and hit employee directly in the left side of the face striking the eye and check. Employee lost sight out of eye for a moment and all the children began to surround her. Employees eye was stinging felt very dizzy and face was in a lot of pain. Employee stuck head instead of door while the children still played to ask for an ice pack and held it on face on and off for about 15 minutes. Employee returned inside with Children at around [REDACTED] and continued to feel dizziness and pain behind eye for the rest of the day.
