What happened
Injured employee was assisting WSAC team by adjusting the coils into a fixture. Another employee kicked the unit being worked on to get the fixture into place. The injured employee 's right ring finger was caught in a pinch point when the unit was kicked into place causing a fingertip amputation and smash to their right ring finger.
