What happened
EE was moving a stack of empty baskets when they say they felt some discomfort in their left upper arm. They began to rub their shoulder area to see if they could work it out. When they could not work it out they reported it to the lead. The lead directed them to the supervisor which had a MAT member evaluate the EE and provide first aid.
