Servicing Cobot

[REDACTED] was called to cobot at approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] saw that the robot head was crashed down onto the conveyor. [REDACTED] was able to manually move this off the conveyor with the pendant (Robot controller) and Home robot. From here they received a fault stating that the robot is in neither up or down position. [REDACTED] B has seen this before and knew how to remedy it. Both mechanics turned off the power and the air supply (l.o.t.o). [REDACTED] removed air fitting so that the unit can drop down. The Air valve doesnt appear to be a dump valve but a check valve and it will prevent any additional air from entering the machine but the air is still in the machine. When [REDACTED] removed the air line to bring the robot back down into position. The air dumped from the machine and thats when the unit fell onto the [REDACTED] B 's wrist cutting him. From here [REDACTED] ran and notified management MAT Team members and provided paper towels and a t-shirt to he
