Upon arriving to her shift the employee found a 7 Up bottle with an unknown substance in her workstations fire cabinet at [REDACTED]. It was placed on top of the fire cabinet instead of notifying her supervisor or disposing of it as trained. At [REDACTED] the employee was drinking a ginger ale and went to take a drink of it. The employee grabbed the incorrect bottle ingesting a miniscule amount if any of the unknown chemical (determined to be pipe coating stenciling ink immediately following the consumption). She immediately spit it out and notified the supervisor. The employee was taken for medical treatment.

The employee received three prescription medications. Two for her stomach and one for nausea.
