Before the incident
Employee was running [REDACTED] #4 cell. A part jammed at the entrance of the infeed conveyor between the bowl and the infeed hold downs. The employee stated that the infeed conveyor was still running as she used her left hand to unjam the part. When the part broke free her inside wrist collided with a metal guide on the machine.
