Team member was cleaning up cardboard that was on the floor.
What happened
The cardboard recycling tote was on the opposite side of a conveyor from where the team member was cleaning. The cardboard was pushed under the conveyor and when the team member went to the other side they bent over to pick it up and when standing back up hit their head on the corner of the conveyor.
